  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 2 tbsps butter (melted)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, and salt.
  2. Add melted butter, honey, and milk to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until a soft dough forms (not too runny).
  4. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into flat rounds.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Cook each oat cake for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove from pan and let them cool slightly.
  8. Serve warm with extra honey, butter, or fresh berries.
