Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season the Chicken
Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Sauté Aromatics
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant (about 2–3 minutes). Cook the Chicken
Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet. Cook until lightly golden on the outside (about 5–6 minutes). The chicken does not need to be fully cooked at this stage. Make the Creamy Sauce
Pour in heavy cream and milk. Stir well and simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Add the Cheese
Reduce heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth. Assemble the Dish
Transfer the creamy chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and extra cheese evenly over the top. Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly. Garnish & Serve
Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
