Prepare Ingredients

Pour in water and add salt, black pepper, bay leaf, herbs, and apple cider vinegar.Simmer Slowly
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Let it simmer for 45–60 minutes for deep flavor extraction.Strain or Serve
Strain the broth for a clear soup or serve as a chunky stew with vegetables and meat.Taste & Adjust
Adjust salt and spices as needed. Serve hot.
