Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1-1½ tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). High heat is essential for crispy edges.

  2. Wash and dry broccoli thoroughly, then cut into medium florets.

  3. Toss broccoli in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread evenly on a baking tray in a single layer (do not overcrowd).

  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway for even browning.
