Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with butter or oil.
- Place the tortilla on the skillet and sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over half of the tortilla.
- Add your chosen protein (chicken, steak, barbacoa, or veggies).
- Fold the tortilla in half to form a quesadilla.
- Press gently with a spatula and cook 2–3 minutes per side until the cheese melts and tortilla becomes golden.
- Slice into triangles and serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or Chipotle quesadilla sauce.
