  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Monterey Jack)
  • 3-4 pcs green onions, finely sliced
  • 1-2 tsp Soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
For Serving (Optional)
  • Wonton chips
  • Crackers or tortilla chips
  • Fresh vegetables (celery, carrots, bell peppers)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with oil or non-stick spray.

    In a large bowl, add softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy using a spatula or hand mixer.

    Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and optional sriracha. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

    Gently fold in the crab meat, green onions, and ¾ cup of shredded cheese. Mix carefully to keep crab pieces intact.

    Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
