  • 4 oz (120 ml) Prosecco
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Soda water
  • 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2-3 Lime slices
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Method
 

  1. Fill a large wine glass completely with ice.
  2. Add fresh mint leaves and gently clap them in your hands to release aroma, then drop them into the glass.
  3. Pour in the elderflower liqueur (St-Germain).
  4. Slowly add chilled Prosecco to keep the bubbles intact.
  5. Top with soda water for the perfect spritz balance.
  6. Add lime slices and give the drink a gentle stir.
  7. Garnish with an extra mint sprig and serve immediately.
