  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger or ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp aw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste)

Method
 

  1. Warm the water until it is comfortable to drink (avoid boiling).
  2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to a mug or glass.
  3. Mix in ginger and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add honey if using, and stir well.
  5. Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
