Method
- Warm 1 cup of water until it is comfortably warm to drink but not boiling.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to the warm water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Squeeze the juice of 1/2 fresh lemon into the glass and stir again.
- For the 4-ingredient pink salt recipe, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and optionally 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir well.
