  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander, optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

    Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove dirt. You may peel them or keep the skin on for extra fiber. Cut them into evenly sized cubes or wedges so they cook evenly.

    Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway
