Prepare Ingredients
Slice chicken and beef thinly. Pat shrimp dry. Lightly season all proteins with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.Heat the Wok
Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.Cook the Proteins
Stir-fry chicken for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and repeat with beef and shrimp. Set aside.Stir-Fry Vegetables
Add broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.Add Garlic
Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.Combine Everything
Return chicken, beef, and shrimp to the wok and mix well.Add Sauce
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin (optional), sugar, and water/broth. Toss until everything is coated evenly.Thicken & Finish
Let the sauce simmer for 1 minute until glossy. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.Serve
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
